Mac Studio and Studio Display
Apple has now brought innovation to their iMac lineup. Apple has released new desktop lineups called Mac Studio and Studio Display. It looks like a Mac Mini but is much more powerful on the inside. Apple claims they will be even faster than the Mac Pro. Mac Studio has both Apple's M1 Max chip and the new M1 Ultra. I have said before about M1 Ultra.
The Mac Studio's chassis is 3.7 inches long and 7.7 inches long. The back has four Thunderbolt 4 ports as well as a 10Gb Ethernet port, two USB-A ports, an HDMI and an audio jack. It has Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 inbuilt. The front has two USB-C ports and an SD card slot. Mac Studio can support four Pro displays XDR and a 4K TV, Apple said in a statement.
Apple claims that the M1 Max and M1 Ultra will provide CPU performance several times faster than any Mac Pro and iMac before Mac Studio.
The studio display is an external monitor. The Studio display has a 27-inch 5K screen that can reach 600 nits of brightness and also has a 12-megapixel ultraviolet camera. The back of this display has three additional USB-C ports and a Thunderbolt 4.
Mac Studio with M1 Max is priced starting at $ 1,999 and M1 Ultra models starting at $ 3,999. The studio display will cost 1,599. The products can be pre-ordered now and will be shipped on March 18th.
